Dr. Andrew Rosenbloom is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Rosenbloom received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for over ten years. Dr. Rosenbloom's clinical experience includes working at Children's Memorial Hospital, The Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School at The University of Chicago, Jewish Child and Family Services, and Compass Health Center.  

Dr. Rosenbloom specializes in School Refusal/Anxiety treatment, as he was a Director of a School Refusal Partial Hospitalization Program for five years.  Another specialty is working with amateur athletes struggling with confidence, frustration tolerance, and performance anxiety. Dr. Rosenbloom has over 10 years of coaching experience. He provides seminars to parents and coaches, focusing on character development of youth athletes.  In addition, Dr. Rosenbloom is an adjunct professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, teaching sport psychology courses.  

The number one aspect of successful treatment is a strong, trusting relationship. Dr. Rosenbloom connects with clients through sports metaphors, movies, real life scenarios, and getting to understand their interests. Dr. Rosenbloom uses a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Psychoanalyis to best understand the story of his clients and transform that story into what the individual or family desires.  

Dr. Rosenbloom is passionate about his work and takes great pride in providing the best services for his clients. He is equipped to provide clients with the emotional guidance they need and help them pursue their dreams and goals.
